TM8 Outlook Connect: You need to be aware that currently, if you choose the option to save attachments as document records in TM while in Outlook and User fields are utilized in Auto Naming the attachment/document is saved to the root of the path for the File Locations as configured in TM and the Auto Naming does not work.

When you did your setup, did you first synch the Blackberry to the Desktop Manager? TM synch works on top of the Desktop synch so this must be done once. If you did not do so, you will want to unistall the synch and start over. You might need some assistance as there are several steps involved in the uninstall and reinstall.
