  • Re: TM 10 Exchange Sync and Private Contacts

I may be thinking of this too simplistically but couldn't you just add staff to the private contacts and then it would only sync to that staff member. The hierarchy is ones with staff go only to that staff and empty ones go to everyone.

  • Re: Unable to configure the Exchange Server Synchronization in TM version 10.

To my knowledge, this is a known issue with Win2003 Server. does not affect everyone but does happen from time to time. Tech should have an open ticket for this. The only way I know of to get past it is to add data directly to the back-end database bypassing the GUI (not for the faint of heart and not for the uninitiated as you can really trash your

  • Re: Problems With Creating a Document Form for a PowerPoint Presentation

Make sure the Windows extention you are using for PowerPoint is really associated with PowerPoint. That is if you are using .PPT go out to the Windows explorer and find the same PPT file and double-click on it. If it open in Windows, it should open in TM.

  • Re: Merging multiple records' data into single Word table

You can select a merge type of "catalog" or "directory" (depends on your version of MS Word.) That type of form document will not put in a page break between data records.

  • Re: Timeline Powerview?

It can be done *in theory* if you are using the Enterprise edition by using a SQL report software that can run its reports in Internet Explorer and receive parameters through the URL address for the report. (SQL Reporting Server can do this when set up properly - which can be VERY difficult - I think Crystal Report Server can also do this). Basically

  • Re: Acrobat 9 - TMsave button not showing - TM9e SR3b

Sight unseen it's hard to say what the issue is, but I'm guessing that it has something to do with not having local administrator rights. When links don't work for me on Vista, I log into TM as the Administrator (right-click on the icon and choose "Run as Administrator") and then go to workstation level setup again. With admin

  • Re: Acrobat 9 - TMsave button not showing - TM9e SR3b

Ensure that all Acrobat products are closed (Look at the Processes tab on the Windows Task Manager to be 100% sure) and then open the Workstation Level setup in Time Matters (ALT+SHIFT+W) and click the Additional Programs button and make sure that Acrobat is checked which indicates that TM has found Acrobat and installed the link. The link can be a

  • Re: INCOMING CALL PROCESSING

Terri: * Your phone system must be TAPI compliant * You need to have the TAPI driver installed and working (Test this by seeing if you can dial out using the TM Dialer or the Windows dialer (type DAILER.EXE in the Windows RUN box) This ensures that that the TAPi driver is really up and running. * Your need to have some program that inteprets the Caller

  • Re: Matters vanished

Just a thought - Open the matter list and then Click on EDIT >> COLUMNS Make sure you actually ahve some columns selected on the matters list. I have seen them get cleared on occasion and then it looks like the list is empty but there are simply no columns of data displayed.
