  • Backup of TM 10

I am recently implemented a TM 10 backup plan. It backs up data as well as the SQL Server. Two issues: 1. Because I have a standalone, I am unable to create a backup of SQL without exiting the program. I have a scheduled backup via MS Scheduler. It does not work if TM 10 is open. Any method automatically close the program at the time of the backup?

  • Outlook 2003 and TM 10 Calendar

I have switched to a Blackberry 8530 and was advised that it is necessary to sync. from TM to Outlook and then Outlook to my Blackberry. All is working fine, except when my schedule in TM is a day "Off" I show that as a 8am-8pm day. In Outlook this defaults to a "Show Time As "Busy." When I sync it to Outlook, it (Outlook) considers

  • Events - TM 9

Using TM 9.0. When I attempt to enter an Event with a time beginning at 7:00 pm and ending the following day at 5:30 am, I get the error message advising that the start time must be before the end time. I understand why it happens, but is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

  • Screen Saver Freezes in TM 10.0

Ladies and Gentlemen: I have begun to use TM 10.0 and have noticed that my long used screen saver (fish swimming in a tank) freezes. The monitor is set to turn off after 10 minutes, but does not. What I see is the screen saver image "frozen" on the screen. This configuration has always worked properly until Ver. 10.0 was installed. I am using

  • Related Contacts and Matters

Ladies and Gentlemen: I often get bogged down in the related records "loop." But here goes... an attorney should be and is automatically related to the firm and is automatically related to the matter he/she is handling. The firm is not automatically related to the matter. Why? Although the attorney is handling the matter, it is the firm bringing

  • Restoring Backup from a Ghost Image

Ladies and Gentlemen: Using TM 8. I "Ghost" (using Norton Ghost) the entire TM folder daily. I don't always shut TM down and therefore don't always remember to backup using the TM backup utility. As I use the program on a standalone PC there is no automatic backup. That is why I Ghost automatically. If I had to restore, I could use

  • Invoice Form Defaults to top of Monitor

Using TM/BM 9.0 latest update. If I open an Invoice List and then open a specific invoice - an "Invoice Form" is displayed. The form defaults to the very top of my 19" Flat Panel Monitor. It is so far up on the display the minimize, maximize and close buttons are not visible. My resolution is 1024 X 768. Is anyone else experiencing the

  • Size of Backup (Zip) File

Using TM 8 Pro. I perform a backup at least once a day. I have noticed that the size of the backup zip files vary greatly day to day. For example today's Zip, TMMON.ZIP, was 6,686 KB. Last Friday's Zip, TMFRI.ZIP, was 40,331 KB. If I do a database utility the TMUTIL.ZIP is 582,836 KB. Is this expected behavior and if so why does it occur? Thank
