    Hi Beckie, I have several clients running TM/BM of varying versions (including 6.0) in both Terminal Server and Citrix environments. It works great in every case, and I have never run into a problem that occurred because of terminal services. Best, Cody

    It does sound like a scanner TWAIN software issue. Now, however, I'm curious. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (NOT the reader), you can try to Scan to PDF/Create PDF from Scanner (depends on your version), then TM Save the PDF from Acrobat. If you are able, give this a try and report back.
