    If you go to Options and Choose Terminology, they are in that list scattered about but you can change them but not add more.

    Thanks Matt, I did look at that but because the client has 2000 matters, changing the allocation on a one by one basis each time doesn't seem to be a practical solution. The Timekeepers working on the matter will change from bill to bill. I believe we are going to write a report to do the allocation but I wanted to see if I could figure out a way

    My client wants two different types of fee allocations. One is the Matter Introducing Attorney. That attorney gets 30% of fees. Then we want to allocate the remaining 70% among the working attorneys.     Pat, I do not know of any way to put logic into checkboxes to exclude one when the other is marked. To answer your second question, if you change the Area to 8 fields, you will get two lines that have side by side fields. It is not ideal but it is as close as you can come.

    The only way I have found is to uninstall Outlook and reinstall. This happened to me as well and when I uninstalled and reinstalled, it worked just fine. Gerri Martin

    Tom, what if you want to calculate a number of years. The number of days will vary. I want to take a date in one field and calculate ten years from that date into another. Can this be done?
