  • MS Word Merge Template Issue

TM 10.0 SP3 Windows /SBS 2011 Clients = Win7 and XP I have an interesting problem that is not specifically a Time Matters issue but I am hoping someone may have some advice. Over the years I have created numerous MS Word Merge Templates. Using these templates has made creating of motions, discovery demands, responses, and the like very convenient and

  • Re: TM10, Crystal Enterprise 10 connectivity issue

Just wanted to let you know that I spoke with Steve Stockstill and he found the issue, Because of the secret password associated with the lntmuser account, when I made the connection in Crystal Reports to the TM database, I needed to select the option to trust this connection. Since it was never an issue in the past it never occurred to me this time

Hi Matt I took a quick look at Steve's blog. Sounds like this may be the key to my issue. I am going to forward this link to my CIC/network advisor. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks.

  • TM10, Crystal Enterprise 10 connectivity issue

I have, what appears to be, a unique issue, that I would like to share with the forum in hopes of finding a solution prior to calling TM support. This past weekend we upgraded to TME 10.0 w/SP1. The server is Windows 2003 with 2003 Small Business Server. The clients are all Win XP with either SP2 or SP3. Since, at least TM4 we have been using Crystal

  • Sort Order (I think)

According to our calendar clerk TM9E SR3B behaves differently than previous versions. When creating a new event record, either by selecting the “plus” button or copying an existing record and changing the date, when the new event is saved, the record that is highlighted on the list is not the new record, but it is either the record that was copied or

  • Email List Properties

We recently upgraded from TM8E to TM9E. TM9 is behaving in a way that I don't recall TM8 doing. When I set the Email list properties from a matter record to only list Case related emails, it also sets the Email list properties in the contact record the same. Then when I change the list property in the Contact email list to only show Client related

  • TM 9 Email issue/question

We recently updated to TM9E with SR3B. If there is an attachment to an email and you are in the message form, the attachment button does not indicate that there are attachments as it did in TM8. Is this normal behavior for TM9? And if so, are we the only ones that finds this difference annoying? Now when I compose an email with an attachment for an

  • Multiple Staff in Matter record

TM8E, 2003 MS Server, 2003 Small Business Server, XP SP3 workstation. In the staff field in the Matter form we show both the attorney and paralegal assigned to the case (ATTY, PARA). However, I cannot create a Crystal Report (V10) that can filter based solely on the PARA as it appears that SQL only outputs the ATTY name. This appears to be true when

  • Re: Messenger Problem

I had a similar problem on one workstation that had the Blackeberry redirector running. When the redirector was running TM Messanger would freeze the system when it was opened. When redirector was turned off, problem wnet away. Unfortunately I never figured out the reason. I merely set the redirector up on a another client whose only function was to
