  • AR Aging

We are on TM and BM 11.1, SP1. My invoices have stopped aging and by looking at where the invoices are currently aged, it would appear they stopped aging about 60 days ago. My accounting clerk works on collections, so I just noticed this. I have checked all the settings and it appears everything is fine and are as they have always been set when the

  • Select which forms use Auto-Text?

We recently upgraded to TM 11 from Version 7. With Version 7, Auto-Text was only on the Billing entry form. With Version 11, Auto-Text is in all of the forms, and it appears to be an all or nothing type of setting in the User Setup. This is causing problems where abbreviations are needed in document, todo, and event descriptions/notes. I informed the

  • Re: Electronic Billing for Legal Solutions Suite

Thank you, Jeff. I have it all working now with the exception of getting the [FEES] and [EXPENSES] lines so that will have to be a manual edit.

  • Re: Customized Date Field in Default Case Form Style Causing Odd Sort Behavior

Thank you for your response. The sorting works fine as long as I do not use that customized field as a filter for a Quicktab. If I am just using that customized field as a column heading for the program ALL tab, it works fine. Or if I create a customized Quicktab and use the customized date field as a column heading but not as a filter for the Quicktab

  • Customized Date Field in Default Case Form Style Causing Odd Sort Behavior

We are on 7e. I am having a case quicktab sorting issue regarding a field that has been customized to be a date field. I have customized a case user field to be a date field in the Default case form style. We have other customized case form styles where the same user field has been customized to be other than a date field. If I set up a quicktab that

  • Accounts Receivable Aging

We are on TME V7. In order for my invoices to age properly on reports, I need to "uncheck" "Disable Following Feature for All Dated Records and Disable Aging Feature". However, when I uncheck this option, it takes up to a minute for me to open Time Matters because it is "updating following". I want to enable aging, but

We have incurred this problem as well with several of our users and could not at first determine why some remote user were experiecing this problem and others were not. We even contactd gotomypc tech support who could not resolve the issue. After doing some testing on our own, we found the issue was with the keyboard and mouse on the remote computer

  • Re: Invoice Listing Report that breaks out Fees and Costs

The invoice list and send to Excel is good. I use send to Excel a lot, but wasn't even thinking the the columns for fees and expenses could be added. Great idea. Thanks!
