  • Re: Invalid Pointer message

It is happening on clicking the Finish button at the end of a HotDocs assembly. I just checked with the user who reported it and she said it's happened 3 or 4 times in the past week. She clicks OK and everything goes on as normal so it's not a huge problem, but I've seen it myself recently and I was curious. If it happens again, she's

  • Re: No Clipboard Formats Defined

Hi Caren, This is a follow-up to your response of 2/4/08. I tried deleting her from the user list and re-creating her; this didn't work. Per your recommendation, I left her on the staff list. I also tried removing all of her security restrictions; this didn't work either. As for your last recommendation, all of our templates are already program

  • No Clipboard Formats Defined

Hello, I have an email clipboard template set up which has been in use for several months now by about 10 users. We have one user, however, for whom this has never worked. She'll click Process, Copy to Clipboard, and then she gets a message that says "No Clipboard Formats Defined. Please Define Clipboard Formats from the File-> Setup->

  • Re: Import into Case record breaks relation to Client Contact

Wells, Thanks for the reply. This sounds like something we should try to do. I have another import coming up at the beginning of next week that's going to be larger than the last one. Our database is really too big and we have too many users for a backup and restore to be feasible without a loss in production for us. What utility/language did you
