  • Upgrade from WP 9 to 12 or X3

We are considering an upgrade from WP 9 to either WP 12 or X3. We are using HD 2008 Pro and are currently running TM/BM Enterprise version 7 but are in the process of upgrading to 9.3. Does anyone know of any problems we may encounter with either WP or X3 that we should know about when making our decision? Margaret Brost 1800 Cooper Point Rd. SW #18

  • Re: Problem assembling Hotdocs template from TM

Thank you for this piece of information. Did Time Matters tech support try to fix the problem for you or did they just tell you that it was a known bug and that you would need to upgrade? We are very reluctant to upgrade if not absolutely necessary.

  • Problem assembling Hotdocs template from TM

We are running Time Matters Enterprise, version 7 and are having issues assembling a template using Hotdocs Pro 2008. Issue #1 - When I assemble a document from a document form in TM (we use hotdocs template extensions, autoentry forms and triggers), Hotdocs opens and a dialog opens to choose the client's answer file. I select the answer file to

  • Re: Quicktab problem TM 7 Enterprise

Caren, I tried your suggestion of using "has" 1AT instead of "is equal to" and left in "received", "date in range", "all to date". I had records come up in my sort! Thank you so much.

  • Quicktab problem TM 7 Enterprise

We are running TM 7 Enterprise Edition. We have quicktabs set up for each type of record list (Events, Documents, Emails, etc). We are having issues with our Email quicktabs. I have a quicktab set up to show any emails that are billable but have not been billed by a staff member as follows: Received (Customized Field) - Date in Range - All To Date AND

  • Report showing how payments are allocated to interest, fees, expenses

We are in need of monthly report showing how much of ours client's payments were applied to the interest expense on their invoice(s). The reason I need this information is so I can subtract the interest income from the services income and only pay B&O tax on the services portion of the income. Does anyone know of a canned report in Time Matters

  • Re: Interest won't calculate for all matters

I noticed I haven't specified that we have TM 7 Enterprise Edition. We run our bills once per month and all invoices are dated the last day of the month. My selected date range when creating bills is "Through last month". I check "Invoice date uses cutoff date for charges". The last set of bills we ran were dated October 31st

  • Re: Interest won't calculate for all matters

I checked the terms for the October invoice, and they are correct. I tried deleting the invoice and recreating it. It still will not generate any interest on the previous balance. Our terms are 30 days. I am not sure where to find the grace period setting Margaret Brost 1800 Cooper Point Rd. SW #18 Olympia, WA 98502 360.357.0285

  • Interest won't calculate for all matters

I am preparing the billing statements for November. We increased our hourly billing rate last month, so I have updated our rate tables to reflect the change and updated all of the matters to include the correct billing rate based on the updated rate table. When I preview a bill, however, no interest is generated based on the previous balance for October
