Elizabeth’s unique technical background enables her to provide valuable legal accounting and technology information to lawyers. She has earned a Master of Computer Technology and Certification in Management Accounting. Elizabeth continues to upgrade her studies to keep informed for new processes and technologies available for Canadian Lawyers. PCST has operated for over 10 years while LRB is relatively new in providing digital Remote Back-UP(last 3 years) services to lawyers using computerized accounting software. Easy to Use, Tri-Level security and affordable solutions were the key requirements when Lawyers were searching for a solution.
In 1998, Elizabeth partnered with PCLaw Sales Associates in Western Canada. In Saskatchewan alone she has increased the market share from 12% to 58% in nine years.
Elizabeth has been associated with the Canadian Bar Association as a presenter and exhibitor supporting lawyers in Continued Legal Education (CLE). Elizabeth has also been appointed as a Notary Public to further be of support for firms on site when an independent set of eyes were required. Elizabeth has worked closely with the Law Societies in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba to ensure auditors are knowledgeable about the PCLaw program which is why in part that PCLaw is at the top of the most recommended lists of Law Societies. With over 20 years experience in accounting and over 10 years specializing as a legal technology analyst, Elizabeth understands the needs of law firms … she knows how to keep law firms in compliance with Law Societies and Governing Bodies and certainly understands the technology.
A client recently told Elizabeth that her company background and experience would make an excellent case study for any MBA program as a way to teach new entrepreneurs how to be successful in business and find a niche market to make it happen.
Elizabeth merely desires to provide her clients with all the information they need to make informed decisions for the direction of their businesses.
