Mr. Juffernbruch founded Patents and Licensing LLC in 2003 to serve his clients with their patents, licensing and practice management needs. Dan is a Time Matters CIC and has developed an extensive Feature Package for Intellectual Property law including Patents. This IP package makes extensive use of chains, outlines, form styles and document templates. Billing Matters and accounting was also supported. Mr. Juffernbruch received his law degree (J.D.) in 1990 from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. Mr. Juffernbruch received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) in 1985 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dan is a former Patent Examiner and also has experience as an attorney in both in-house corporate and law firm settings.
