With more consumers than ever searching online before meeting with a lawyer, “Growing and Retaining Your Client Base through Technology & New Media” turned out to be a well-attended session at LegalTech® New York earlier this week.
Following our panel discussion, my colleagues and I were interviewed by John Michaels, Senior Communications Manager of LexisNexis, about the best takeways from the program.
