LexisNexis Website Conversion Study

Because we’re committed to understanding the behavior that drives website conversion and to help our clients gain deeper benefit from their websites, LexisNexis commissioned uLab | Participatory Design Associates to conduct an exclusive study to assess how consumers find, evaluate and hire lawyers online. Study participants were asked to imagine a situation where they needed to hire a lawyer. They were virtually observed during 45-60 minute sessions in which they explored various law firm websites while thinking aloud and reacting to what they saw.
