Sharon Angelino is a partner in the Insurance Coverage Group of Goldberg Segalla LLP, where her practice includes insurance coverage, commercial litigation and general corporate law. Ms. Angelino has more than a dozen years of insurance coverage experience in both first party and third party claims. She has reviewed coverage issues in New York as well as throughout the Northeast, and served as national coverage counsel monitoring exposure and coverage issues for all toxic tort claims for London insurers for several years. Her coverage experience includes general liability, additional insured status, excess liability, bad faith, reinsurance, toxic tort issues, errors and omissions liability, pollution and environmental claims, disability policies, and health care policies.
A New York State certified insurance instructor, Ms. Angelino has also presented insurance-related topics at Continuing Legal Education seminars. She frequently reviews insurance programs and quotes for the firm's corporate clients, and conducts in-services related to complying with contractual insurance requirements, maintaining appropriate insurance documentation and tendering to insurers.
Ms. Angelino also has an extensive background in the health care industry. She received her B.A. in Biochemistry and her M.B.A. from Canisius College, and spent several years in the health care industry.

Brian R. Biggie concentrates his practice at Goldberg Segalla LLP on complex insurance coverage disputes and analysis. He has successfully argued cases before the Third and Fourth Departments and practices in courts throughout New York. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the New York and Erie County Bar Associations.
Mr. Biggie currently serves as a Board Member for the Buffalo Alliance for Education and works on the Schools Committee with the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. For the past two years he has organized a gift-giving campaign for the benefit of over 300 local children in need.

Richard J. Cohen is the managing partner of the law firm of Goldberg Segalla LLP, which has offices in New York, Philadelphia, Hartford, Princeton, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, White Plains, and on Long Island, and is the head of its insurance coverage litigation practice group. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management, with distinction, and its School of Law, cum laude.
Mr. Cohen's practice is almost exclusively first- and third-party coverage, bad faith, and reinsurance. He is a member of the New York and Pennsylvania Bars and is a national author and lecturer on coverage and bad faith, having spoken in New York, California, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and elsewhere on a wide variety of topics. Additionally, he is widely published and, among other things, has three times co-authored the annual "Survey of New York Insurance Law," published in the Syracuse Law Review.
Mr. Cohen is a former National Co-Chair of the Insurance Company Relations Subcommittee of the Defense Research Institute, and former national membership Chair of DRI's Life, Health and Disability Insurance Section. He currently chairs insurance and construction subcommittees of DRI. He has been a CPCU instructor since 1999.
