Brian Margolies is a partner at Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP. His practice is devoted exclusively to insurance issues, primarily involving environmental, professional and general liabilities policies. He regularly counsels insurance carriers on insurance coverage, regulatory, and bad faith issues, and represents clients in litigation throughout the country. He is the author of several articles, most recently The Future of Global Warming Litigation (USLAW Magazine, Fall/Winter 2009) and Enforcement of Choice of Law and Forum Selection Provisions (ICLC Newsletter, Winter 2010).
