Management Employment Attorney

Darryl G. McCallum received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Darryl represents management in the areas of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, non-competition agreements, wage and hour issues, employee leave laws, and labor arbitrations. He currently co-chairs the Labor and Employment Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Litigation Section, Committee on Corporate Counsel, serves as the Programs Co-Chair of the ABA Litigation Section, Committee on Employment and Labor Relations Law, and serves on the Board of the Labor and Employment Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. McCallum is also a member of the Board of the Maryland Hotel and Lodging Association.
