David N. Nissenberg

Attorney, Nissenberg & Associates

You'd think an avid sports fan like David Nissenberg might be interested in NASCAR truck racing. After all, he's spent his entire professional career carving out a niche in truck accident litigation. But instead he reserves his enthusiasm for more "normal" sports like major league baseball and pro football.

David's trucking days began with his first job: working for the Federal Maritime Commission where he was assigned to a case involving the regulation of truck activity at the Port of New York. From there, through job changes and moves across the country, the University of Miami Law School grad evolved into a transportation and trial attorney, or as he says, "the complete package."

Today, David is the author of the widely used The Law of Commercial Trucking: Damages to Persons and Property. He also is a frequent contributor to LexisNexis Expert Commentaries and Torts Law Center and lectures around the country on truck accident issues. And it doesn't stop there. To provide even more insight into his specialty, David operates the Truck Litigation Resource Center which refers expert witnesses in truck accident cases to attorneys across the country. David can be reached at dnnesq@yahoo.com.
