Jyoti Dialani, author, is a lawyer qualified in two jurisdictions, Advocate enrolled at the Bombay Bar (Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa) and a Solicitor enrolled and admitted at the Law Society in London (The Law Society of England & Wales). She has spent the early formative years of her legal career in active litigation and advice of tax during her association with some renowned firms of India specializing in Direct Tax, Property and Corporate Laws. She has a series of published work to her credit, including a book on Contract Law as well as regular articles on the legal developments in India's domestic and international tax. During her practice as a Tax Counsel in Mumbai, India, she has appeared in some important cases before the Tax Tribunal and Bombay High Court, which have been reported in the tax journals. At present, she is practising in London, England, specialising in Tax and also writes on the subject.
