Ken Klee never runs out of
sources to channel his energies. For starters, he's just completed Bankruptcy and the Supreme
Court, an in-depth look at the array of bankruptcy cases heard
by the Court over the past 111 years. Published by LexisNexis, the book offers
a detailed analysis of bankruptcy doctrines and policies through the prism of
Supreme Court jurisprudence. Ken came to the task uniquely qualified: at the
outset of his career, he was one of the principal drafters of the 1978 Bankruptcy
Code, and then went on to make a name for himself as a nationally recognized
corporate reorganization and bankruptcy law expert.
Despite his busy
professional life (in addition to being a founding partner of one of the
country's leading bankruptcy boutiques, he's a law professor at UCLA), Ken has
continued to explore new universes. That's why in 1997, the Harvard law
graduate attended California classes on the "Radiance Technique", a
vibrational energy science rediscovered in Japan, and saw firsthand the unique
benefits of deep relaxation. Today, energetic healing is a "serious"
hobby for Ken, albeit an unusual one for an admitted left-brainer. You can read
a recent Los Angeles Times article to learn more about Ken's
energetic healing expertise.
