Mark Muntean has over 25 years experience in tax practice, working in the fields of partnerships, oil and gas transactions, leveraged leasing, legislative issues, trusts and corporate matters.

Mark earned an LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center. his J.D. at the University of Dayton School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics at Whittier College.  He is a member of the State Bar of California, Bar of the District of Columbia, the State Bar of Ohio and State Bar of Washington.
