Philip R. Fink is Professor of Accounting at the University of Toledo. He received his BBA from the University of Toledo in 1970, his MBA from the University of Toledo in 1971, and his JD from Ohio Northern University in 1974. He has practiced with Ernst & Young. He has authored many articles in tax and accounting journals. In addition, he is the author of the book, Tax Guide For Acquiring, Maintaining & Disposing of Business Equipment, published by Prentice-Hall, Inc. in 1982. He is a frequent speaker at professional seminars.
