Richard McGrath

He has written extensively on corporate law topics, and is co-author of Chapter 7, Proxy Regulation, published by LexisNexis Matthew Bender in its Federal Securities Exchange Act of 1934 treatise. A graduate of Georgetown College and Harvard Law School where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review, he currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the International Executive Service Corps, as well as co-chair of the Securities Law Committee of the WESFACCA chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
