Judge Dismisses Suit Challenging Bank's Authority To Foreclose On Condo

LOS ANGELES - A man's lawsuit challenging JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.'s authority to foreclose on his Los Angeles condominium was dismissed by a federal judge in California on Dec. 11 after he found that the plaintiff failed to show that the bank lacked the authority to initiate the proceedings (Daryoush Javaheri v.
