CINCINNATI - A Michigan man had standing to bring his lawsuit challenging the foreclosure on his home but failed to show that any fraud or irregularities occurred during the process, a Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Jan. 7 in affirming a summary judgment award to the defendants (Abdullah El-Seblani v.
