D.C. Circuit Says Widowers Have Standing To Challenge HUD Regulation

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Jan. 4 ruled that two widowers challenging a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulation concerning reverse mortgages have standing to bring a claim under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) because the agency has authority to provide relief (Robert Bennett, et al. v.
