Redwood Analytics

This training is based on the same training that all Redwood consultants receive, and it lays the foundation for advanced analysis within a law firm.  You don't need to be a Redwood client or a user of any Redwood tools to attend; all you need is a little knowledge of Excel, and an understanding of the law firm business model.  This course will develop your analytic skills in the context of daily law firm operations. 

I had the pleasure of attending a public offering of this class myself 3 years ago, and it was an eye opening introduction to the business of law, the analytic process, and best practices in communicating those findings to the actual decision makers.  Intelligence is just information unless you do something with it, so the best analysts also need to be good communicators, and all of the law firm participants left this class with an actual plan for generating results from their analysis.
