Redwood Analytics is teaming up with LexisNexis
University to bring a solid fall 2011 training lineup that includes three
sessions on reporting and business intelligence.
Currently, the schedule includes three training
modules – two are in classroom settings in Philadelphia while a third is a

Intelligence; November 14-15, 2011, Philadelphia
In this course, users will learn how to apply Redwood Analytics solutions to
identify data that are available in cubes and how to build views in the billing,
collections and profit cubes. Using Business Intelligence from Redwood
Analytics, law firm finance professionals and others can see how their firm has
been performing from several perspectives. Users will learn functionality and
methodology within the Cognos 10 Business Insight Advanced environment that
retrieves, lists, and formats data according to firms’ requirements.

In this course, either in the classroom or online, users
will explore different report types and use the Redwood Analytics report
package to create queries and build reports. Users will learn functionality
within the Cognos 10 Report Studio environment. Key takeaways from the course
are to create lists and cross-tab reports while also learning how to group,
format, and sort using filters and parameters.
