Practice & Procedure Alert: Amended Tax Court Rules
Amendments to Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure announced in September 2009 will align Tax Court Rules more closely with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. One noteworthy change announced by Chief Judge John O. Colvin is that depositions of party witnessess will no longer require the consent of all parties before they are taken.
