Tax Breaks Not Working in Georgia

Georgia is doling out millions of dollars in tax breaks designed to help create jobs, but there is no proof that any of it is working, according to state auditors.

Between 2004 and 2007, the value of tax breaks given to corporations was estimated at $265 million...  Where is the uproar? Just think if a report came out indicating the state was giving welfare out to people who did nothing but sit around the house all day...
