considerations precluded federal review of independent natural gas marketers'
suit against Ohio Tax Commissioner for discriminatory state taxes, as compared
to a competitor, in violation of the Commerce and Equal Protection Clauses.
Sixth Circuit's rejection of abstention was reversed.
