MA: Attorney General Announces Agreement With Grocery Store Chain on Prescription Overcharging
BOSTON, MA - Attorney General Martha Coakley has announced an agreement with Shaws, LLC grochery store chain after an investigation showed the company was overcharging public entities for various presciption drugs under the workers' compensation insurance system. The agreement filed today in Suffolk Superior Court, Shaws must pay the Commonwealth and other designated cities and townships a total of $103,000.
