That simply isn’t true”, says Labor Commissioner Keith Kelly. “We provide these posters at no cost to employers.”
Updated employment law posters required by Federal law are available at Department of Labor and Industry Job Service Offices across the state. These new posters include the GINA (Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act) addition to the Equal Employment Opportunity portion of the poster. The 17” X 22” glossy poster is available at no cost to employers.
Included on the poster is the EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity); FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act with Military Family Leave): FLSA (Federal Minimum Wage): OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and the Polygraph Protection Act.
