FL: NCCI Says Beneficial Effects of 2003 Reforms Have Ended
BOCA RATON, FL - NCCI has posted its State Advisory Forum for Florida in which it states that the beneficial effects of SB 50A, the 2003 reforms, have ended. NCCI reports that there has been little improvement in Calendar-Accident Year 2008 experience, the decline in claim frequency has flattened or at least slowed, the recession has impacted Florida, and statewide premium is down for a second year in a row.
