IL: IWCC Chairman Mitch Weisz Confirmed by Senate
CHICAGO, IL - On May 7, 2010, the Senate confirmed Mitch Weisz as chairman. Governor Quinn had appointed Chairman Weisz on March 22, 2010.
Chairman Weisz holds a B.A. degree in History from Northwestern University and a J.D. degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He worked as a attorney concentrating in workers' compensation for 25 years, and has banking and business experience.
