TX: WCC Adopts Amendments Of Review Of Employer Report Of Injury

Dallas, TX (CompNewsNetwork) - The Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation Rod Bordelon adopted amendments to 28 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §136.1 and §136.2 regarding Review of Employer Report of Injury and Registry of Private Providers of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
