First: Determine whether your firm has an account
If your firm has already established an account, all that you need to do is contact your firm's LexisNexis File & Serve Administrator to obtain a user name and password.

To set up an account:
- Visit our registration page.
- Complete a registration form by adding contact information for your firm, attorneys and staff.
