Integration

Designed to leverage your existing IT investments, our Systems Integration service integrates our solution with most enterprise systems. Our integration platform provides a stable, secure, flexible and reliable method of integration with existing enterprise systems such as matter management, claims or financial systems.

• Matter Management and Claims Systems Integration
  The creation of electronic data exchange between our solution and your existing matter management or claims systems eliminates the need to enter claim or matter data into both systems when it is assigned to outside counsel. On a predetermined schedule (usually nightly), your matter management or claims system will create an ASCII or XML file with information on new and updated matter information and places it on an FTP server. Our system then takes these new files from the FTP server and populates its database with new information.
• Financial Systems Integration
  The creation of electronic data exchanges between our solutions and your financial systems, such as accounts payable systems, eliminates the need to manually send approved bills to the accounting department. We can format and send bills to your financial system using the LN format, LEDES 98B/2000 format or any XML or ASCII based format. Bills are sent to your financial system on a predetermined schedule (usually the night after the day they are approved for payment.)
  
  In addition to the transport of approved invoices directly into your AP system, we can accept a batch data file of paid invoice data to store in our system for reference and reporting.

Integration Services include:

• Historical Data Import
  A true business record contains 100 percent of the available data, including both historical and current information. Therefore, our Historical Data Import service provides you with the means to enter historical data into the same system hosting your current information so that you can have a true business record and make strategic decisions based on 100 percent of your data. The data import can be performed concurrently with implementation or at any time during the use of our solution.
  
  You can also supply your historical data on paper. Data provided on paper is manually entered into the system, which may be performed by your resources or LN professionals as an additional service.
• Custom Integration Projects
  We can build custom integration interfaces or modify existing standard integration interfaces to best address your data integration needs. Our Business Consultants will help define the solution and scope of the project. Custom integration projects will be performed pursuant to a scope of work and customer's written authorization.
