Customization consulting and expertise in best practices and optimal setup is provided as part of an ongoing relationship and many configuration services are provided at no additional charge.

    In advance of every software release, we provide full feature documentation to our customers, outlining new features you can expect and how they will benefit your legal department.
  • Law Firm Support
    All outside service providers have full access to the LN Customer Support Department which includes telephone and email support, help desk access and invoice format testing in order to complete electronic transmission of billing. Invoice format requirements and user assistance will be communicated with law firms to support successful billing submission. In addition, law firm training is provided both online and via live sessions.
  • Law Firm Outreach
    Our Customer Support department continuously assists in communicating "how-to" information to law firms and other vendors that are working for you, in order to achieve successful matter management and e-billing services. In addition to this assistance, Customer Support will continue to handle on-boarding requests as required for new firms.
