Training

To support a seamless transition and successful user adoption, LexisNexis® offers a comprehensive training program. Training is delivered by a certified LexisNexis® CounselLink® Trainer and coordinated by the Training Manager. The LexisNexis Trainer and Training Manager will work with your organization to create a training plan that meets the needs of your users. CounselLink courses can be provided via web-based training at LexisNexis^® University, which is available online, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, for users who would like either a refresher in specific features or an overview of the entire application. We can also arrange custom training onsite at your location.

CounselLink web-based training is delivered by a live instructor. These are a sample of available training topics:

Training delivery options include:

• CounselLink Instructor-Led Web Training
  Learners will receive 60- to 90-minute training sessions on specific CounselLink modules with a live instructor. The modules are specific to the role and need of the learner, maximizing time spent in class. The benefit of web-based training is the elimination of travel expenses.
• Onsite Classroom Training
  Training in a classroom setting at your location gives your learners the opportunity to exchange ideas with other users and learn alongside their peers. Participants are also removed from the day-to-day distractions of the work environment to focus on increasing their knowledge and proficiency with the software.
• CounselLink Online Self-paced Training
  Self-paced training is offered via LexisNexis^® University, our online University for CounselLink training. This option gives users numerous online tutorials and courses that enable our customers to optimize their use of the CounselLink solution.
• Outside Counsel
  Law firm training is provided via LexisNexis University 24/7 via our on-demand recorded training to all law firms who are using the CounselLink application. Law firms can also attend periodic live training sessions with a certified CounselLink trainer.

Additional Training Opportunities

• Annual Customer Conference
  Each year, LexisNexis CounselLink sponsors a two-day Customer Conference designed to share best practices, gain insight into industry trends, build their product expertise and network with peers. The conference is held in a different U.S. city every year in order to meet the needs of our customer base. Locations have included San Francisco, Chicago, New York, San Diego and New Mexico.
• Webinars
  Periodic webinars focus on a number of different, thought-provoking themes and are available on-demand at your convenience after the live presentation.
