First-to-know Services 

The CourtLink® service offers first-to-know products to keep you up to date and among the first to know about newly filed cases and new developments in existing cases. By setting up an Alert or Track, CourtLink monitors the courts automatically on your behalf and informs you when any activity takes place that matches your criteria.

Alert
Learn about newly filed cases—usually before the party involved knows.
The Alert service automatically notifies you of newly filed court cases of interest to you—often before the party is served. Pinpoint the types of new cases and/or the individuals or companies you want to learn about. Simply set your criteria—and let us do the rest. 

Track
Be among the first to know about new developments in existing cases.
The advanced Track service in CourtLink® allows you to keep abreast of new developments in active Federal and state cases on a scheduled basis. You can effortlessly monitor new activity through pre-defined tracking profiles and receive automatic email notifications.
