About the CSC^® Legal Publishing Team

Andrea Unterberger is Assistant General Counsel and the Director of CSC^® Media at Corporation Service Company, a leading provider of registered agent and related legal and intellectual property services headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.

Andrea attended Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. During her third year, she served as the Wolcott Fellow law clerk to the Hon. Randy Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. After graduating in 1997, she clerked for the Hon. William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Andrea is a Delaware attorney with experience in litigation and in-house practice, including corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.

As director of CSC^® Media, Andrea has led the development of the Business Entity Jurisdiction Library and other corporate governance and compliance resources.

Andrea is an Intellectual Property chapter leader for the American Bar Association’s The Pocket Inside Counsel. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for Delaware’s Office of the Child Advocate.

Robert L. Symonds, Jr. and Matthew J. O’Toole are partners in the Delaware law firm of Stevens & Lee. Mr. Symonds is one of the original drafters of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s committee charged with reviewing and proposing amendments to the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. Mr. O’Toole is a member of the Council of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, which monitors and proposes amendments to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware. Mr. Symonds is chairman and Mr. O’Toole is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s committee that reviews and proposes amendments to Delaware’s limited liability company and partnership statutes. They recently acted as principal drafters of the newly enacted Delaware Revised Captive Insurance Company Act.
