PowerInvoice

PowerInvoice is a secured, browser-based service containing LexisNexis billing data and electronic LexisNexis invoices. Information covers activity that may be as recent as 24 to 48 hours. PowerInvoice maintains up to 24 months of invoice data and 6 months plus the current month of billing data. The PowerInvoice service provides a variety of search and delivery tools that let you find and manage the billing information you need. This information is only a "sign on" away, 24 hours a day. Best of all, PowerInvoice is a free service!

What should I do if I'm having trouble connecting to PowerInvoice?
The following steps clear most connectivity problems:
1. Verify that you are entering the correct web address (www.lexisnexis.com/powerinvoice) for the site.
2. Verify that you can connect to other Internet sites, such as www.microsoft.com
3. Clear your Internet cache memory
4. Close and relaunch your browser, reconnect to the Internet, and try connecting to PowerInvoice directly at www.lexisnexis.com/powerinvoice

Log in issues, including Password and ID questions
When you first connect to the PowerInvoice service, you need to sign on using the user name and password you were given. 

What if I don't know my user name and password?
Call LexisNexis Customer Support at 1-800-543-6862. If you are located outside the United States, please refer to these LexisNexis Customer Support telephone numbers.

I receive an error message when I enter my ID and password. What should I do?
1. Confirm that you entered your current PowerInvoice ID and Password in the correct fields.
2. Confirm that your entries in the Password fields use lower case; some systems may require it.
3. Verify that the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not enabled.
4. Close and relaunch your browser, reconnect to the Internet, and try connecting to the PowerInvoice site directly at www.lexisnexis.com/powerinvoice.
