Self-represented litigants pay a per transaction fee (via credit card) to file and serve documents using LexisNexis File & Serve. Pricing information is available within the LexisNexis File & Serve product website.

Note: Some courts enable self-represented litigants to electronically file with the court free of charge using a public access terminal located in the courthouse. Contact your court regarding availability.
