The new Seventh Edition features significant amendments of and additions to the criminal instructions in the areas of aggravated fleeing, animal cruelty and fighting, boating under the influence, fraudulent use of a PIN number, and many others. The new edition offers expanded coverage of registration offenses, including 22 new instructions relating to the failure to register by sex offenders and predators. Enhancements to the Seventh Edition include a new section on how to write and use criminal jury instructions and a revised pagination scheme for easier referencing and updating. The included CD-ROM contains the full contents of the manual and also provides the full text of the opinions cited in the manual.
