- Past experience involving rapid prototype development for government customers
- A minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis, architecture and design
- Software development expertise in C++, C#.NET, VB.NET, and J2EE
- IT professionals with active TOP SECRET clearances and who are clearable to the TS/SCI level and above
