  1. Selects Congressional Record & Rules from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Selects the Get a Document tab.

  3. Chooses Rules of Congress from the Select Document Type drop-down.

  4. Types XXVII in the search box and leaves the default set at House Rules.

  5. Clicks the Search button, but retrieves no results.

  6. Selects the Keyword Search tab and selects Rules of Congress from the Search Within options.

  7. Types statutory limit on the public debt in the search box and clicks the Search button.

  8. Retrieves results and chooses the rule from the 109th Congress.

  9. Opens the rule and realizes that it is numbered XXVII rather than 27.
