Use the Custom ID Manager when you need to change information related to your custom ID: custom ID name, password, email address, security question and answer, etc.
In Custom ID Manager, you may want to manage multiple LexisNexis IDs, using only one custom ID. For example, LexisNexis® IDs for lexis.com®, nexis.com®, Daily Opinion Services, Corporate Counsel Center, Practice Pages, law school pages, and Get & Print can all be associated with one custom ID.
In addition, you may wish to print a custom ID card or delete a custom ID within Custom ID Manager.
You can access the Custom ID Manager from either the Sign-On Page or the Navigation Bar.

On the form, enter your new email address (do not use spaces) and click the Save button. After you make your change, LexisNexis will send a confirmation email to both your new and old email address.

The security question and answer you choose is used by LexisNexis to verify your identity if you forget your password. If you want to make a change to your previously-provided information, choose a new question, enter your answer, then click Save. Do not use offensive language as a security answer. After you make your change, LexisNexis will send you a confirmation email.
