International Content

Forthcoming Changes to the Availability of the Financial Times
The Financial Times (FT) has announced a significant change to the way their content will be made available through all of their distribution channels. Beginning April 2008, customers wishing to access FT content will be required to sign a separate, direct license agreement with the FT.

LexisNexis remains in discussions with the FT regarding the implementation of this arrangement and is working to ensure that those customers who choose to enter into a separate license agreement with the FT continue to have the content delivered via the LexisNexis® services, benefiting from our powerful search and alerting tools and industry-leading content repository. In addition, any customers choosing to sign a direct agreement with the FT will receive an unembargoed feed via all LexisNexis solutions and services.
