Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker
This comprehensive database of global information on mergers and acquisitions, private equity-backed buyouts, venture capital investment, IPO's and private placements allows users to track competitors, identify investment opportunities and benchmark company values across multiple sectors.

Dutch Bankruptcy Database
Curatoren.nl is a financial database of 30,000 records, containing public reports and other public information on bankruptcy, payment postponements and debt redevelopment. It is updated daily and has an archive that dates back to 2001.
