Welcome to the new LexisNexis InfoPro Community! This site is the new and improved version of the LexisNexis InfoPro website, and it brings a greater variety of content, increased opportunities for social engagement and other enhancements, including improved site-searching functionality.
You’ll still find the content you value on the InfoPro website. That includes law librarian newsletter archives, literature, research tips and Zimmerman’s Research Guide.
Create a user name, and you can start participating! Click the Communities Sign In link on the upper right of the home screen. Registering is optional.
Once you create a user name and password, you can use it to sign in to all practice areas and jurisdictional topics on the LexisNexis Legal Newsroom (formerly known as the LexisNexis® Practice Area Communities). Once signed in, you can comment, ask questions and participate in discussions. Create a profile, including a bio and avatar; connect with, or follow, other registered members; and save pages or posts as favorites.
Check out the latest legal news! On the new InfoPro Community home page you can browse the latest news headlines and blog posts from Mealey’s™ and Law360®. If you subscribe to Mealey’s or Law360, you can link directly to full-text articles.
Here’s how to navigate InfoPro: Link directly to topics of interest from the home screen. For example, move directly to the list of New LexisNexis Sources (under Keeping Current). Or gain access to current LexisNexis Literature organized alphabetically.

To navigate to other topics, either click the red Select Your Topic pull-down bar or scroll through the home page to see the menu of topics with subtopics.
Search across InfoPro or within any topic—then filter results! The search capability lets you search for the words you need across the InfoPro community or within specific community topics. Then you can filter your results a variety of ways!
For example, you remember a LexisNexis Librarian Relations Consultant Tip on the Shepard’s Alert® program that you’d like to use in one of your training sessions. You can:
Search the topic only, i.e., just the Literature and Reference topic where the Librarian Relations Consultant Tips are stored.
Or maybe you don’t remember if the helpful Shepard’s® information was in a tip or a newsletter article. No worries. You can search the InfoPro Community as well.
Enter your search words in the search box on the home page. If you are already in a topic, you can enter your search words and click the Search InfoPro Community button beneath the search box.
Even before you click the magnifying glass, results display so you can see if you’re on track. Each result is dated.
Your results screen shows you so much; take a look below. The default display shows results organized by most recent date first, but you can re-sort alphabetically or by highest-rated article. Use your left filter pane to further refine by date, to specific authors, by subject tags and more.
If you’d like to follow that subject, for example, you want updates on new Lexis Advance articles you can share with your users, set up an RSS feed to update you. Just click the RSS icon next to the sort box.
Print, email and share! You have plenty of options. Use the sharing icons next to your article. To save the article to your Favorites page, click the star. To go to your Favorites page, just select the Favorites link under the community search box. (You must sign in with your username and password to use this feature.
Print, set up an RSS feed and share through a variety of social media. Click the green share icon and then click More to select from approximately 90 media—everything from AllVoices® to WordPress® and Yammer®.
